    Per-milestone payees

    Multi-party projects can now route each milestone's release to a distinct payee, settling to the right account with no manual step.

    Draft-to-active project lifecycle

    Projects start as an editable draft and only go active once funding readiness and roles are in place, every transition recorded to the ledger.
