These documents govern your use of Nnarksup and are written to be read. Nothing here replaces advice from your own lawyer on your particular situation.
This Cookie Policy explains how Nnarksup ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use the Platform, and how you control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is operated by NNARKSUP COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana with its registered office in Accra, Ghana.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, serve comparable purposes. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Platform, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
2. What We Store, and Why
Nnarksup stores three kinds of thing on your device, and none of them track you.
Signing in. A session cookie keeps you signed in and records which workspace you are working in. A second cookie remembers, for up to 60 days, that you have signed in from this device before, which we use when deciding how carefully to check an unusual sign-in. Clearing these signs you out.
Settings you choose. When you collapse the sidebar, switch the marketplace to a list, change the text size, or resize the assistant panel, that choice is stored so the next page loads the way you left it. It is stored because you set it, and it stays in your browser.
What you were typing. A form you have started but not submitted is kept in your browser so that a refresh does not lose your work. It clears when you submit. The feedback box works the same way and is the one worth naming: if a send fails, what you wrote is still there when you come back, and it is cleared the moment the send succeeds. It never leaves your browser until you press Send.
3. What We Do Not Do
We run no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. There is no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no remarketing tag anywhere on this site or in the Platform.
Because nothing we store is used to track you, there is nothing here to consent to, and we do not interrupt you to ask. This section is the notice, not a request.
4. Third Parties
We embed one third-party service: the Calendly window you use to book a call with our team. It loads only when you open it, and Calendly may set its own cookies at that point, governed by their policy. We fill in your name and email so you do not have to retype them, and Calendly receives those along with the time you pick.
Pages on our public marketing site load some images from third-party hosts, which receive your IP address and browser details in the course of serving them. Signed-in areas of the Platform do not.
5. Your Control
You can clear or block everything above through your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies will stop you being able to sign in. Clearing the settings cookies simply means the Platform stops remembering your layout choices.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
