Trust · Our records

Trust you can check, not just a promise.

Money is only as trustworthy as the records behind it. Every movement is written down once and never edited, nothing is quietly deleted, and a repeated request can never pay twice. Every balance adds up to the lines behind it.

How it holds

Six things that make the record trustworthy

Every movement is written down

Money never moves without a line recording it. That line's amount is never rewritten, so what was paid, held or released is on the record and cannot be quietly adjusted.

The database itself refuses changes

The history cannot be changed in the database itself. This is not left to our own code, which could be worked around or carry a bug. The database refuses to edit or delete a history row, no matter who asks.

Deleting hides, it never erases

Removing something takes it out of view without wiping its history. The money record and the history behind it stay, so deleting can never quietly rewrite what happened.

A payout can only happen once

If a request is sent twice, the money still moves only once. A payout either happens once and is recorded, or it is refused. It can never pay twice.

Set aside for that project only

Money put into a project is set aside for its steps and paid out only when the work is signed off. Nnarksup does not lend it, invest it or spend it, and cannot move it any other way.

Tampering would show

The history is trustworthy because of how the system is built, not because we say so. Everyone involved sees the same history, and no one can change it.

Every project, every amount held, every payout: written down once, matched against real money, and impossible to quietly rewrite. Everything else on Nnarksup stands on that.
