These documents govern your use of Nnarksup and are written to be read. Nothing here replaces advice from your own lawyer on your particular situation.
This Cookie Policy explains how Nnarksup ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use the Platform, and how you control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is operated by NNARKSUP COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana with its registered office in Accra, Ghana.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, serve comparable purposes. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Platform, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
2. What We Store, and Why
Nnarksup stores four kinds of thing on your device. Three of them are there because the Platform cannot work otherwise, or because you asked for them. The fourth measures you, and only runs if you say yes.
Signing in. A session cookie keeps you signed in and records which workspace you are working in. A second cookie remembers, for up to 60 days, that you have signed in from this device before, which we use when deciding how carefully to check an unusual sign-in. Clearing these signs you out.
Settings you choose. When you collapse the sidebar, switch the marketplace to a list, change the text size, or resize the assistant panel, that choice is stored so the next page loads the way you left it. It is stored because you set it, and it stays in your browser.
What you were typing. A form you have started but not submitted is kept in your browser so that a refresh does not lose your work. It clears when you submit. The feedback box works the same way and is the one worth naming: if a send fails, what you wrote is still there when you come back, and it is cleared the moment the send succeeds. It never leaves your browser until you press Send.
The language the site is in. A cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers which of the four
languages to show you. It lasts for the browsing session, holds nothing but the language code,
and is set without asking because the site cannot be shown in a language without choosing one.
Measurement, only if you agree. See the next section. Nothing in this category exists in your browser until you accept.
3. Measurement, and Your Choice
We measure how the site and the Platform are used, so we can see what confuses people and fix it. Two services do this, both loaded through Google Tag Manager:
Google Analytics 4 counts pages, sessions and journeys. It sets cookies beginning _ga
which distinguish one browser from another for up to two years. It does not learn your name.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are interacted with: clicks, scrolling, and the shape of what is on screen. Text is masked before it leaves your browser, so field contents, amounts and names are not captured, but the recording is still of your visit. Clarity also sets cookies on Microsoft's own domains, which we do not control.
What we record. Alongside pages visited, we record that certain steps happened: an account created, a sign-in, verification started or finished, a wallet funded, a project created, published or funded, an invitation sent or accepted, a milestone submitted or approved, a payout requested, a listing published, a call booked. Each is the fact that the step occurred, with at most its category and, where money moved, the amount and currency. No names, no email addresses, no account numbers, and no identifier tying these to you as a person.
Neither runs until you accept. We ask once, with a banner that has Accept and Reject as equally weighted choices. Until you answer, no measurement code is loaded at all: not the tag manager, not Analytics, not Clarity. Rejecting is remembered for the same twelve months as accepting, so refusing does not mean being asked again next week.
We do not advertise to you. No advertising or remarketing tag runs on this site, we grant no advertising permissions to Google, and we block the advertising pixel Clarity would otherwise fire.
Changing your mind. Use the control on this page. Turning measurement off stops both services immediately and expires the cookies they had written on our own domain. Cookies those companies set on their own domains are outside our reach; clear them in your browser, or use the opt-outs their policies describe.
4. Error Reporting
Separately from measurement, and not covered by the choice above, we use Sentry to record technical errors: a stack trace, the page it happened on, and the browser it happened in. Sentry sets no cookies, records no sessions, and is configured not to send us your request headers, your cookies or your account details. We run it because a payment page that breaks silently is a worse outcome for you than one we hear about, and we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the Platform working rather than on your consent.
5. Third Parties
Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity) receive measurement data if you accept, including your IP address and the pages you visit. Both are United States companies and both process data outside Ghana and the EEA. Sentry receives error reports, and we use its European region.
We also embed one third-party service: the Calendly window you use to book a call with our team. It loads only when you open it, and Calendly may set its own cookies at that point, governed by their policy. We fill in your name and email so you do not have to retype them, and Calendly receives those along with the time you pick.
Pages on our public marketing site load some images from third-party hosts, which receive your IP address and browser details in the course of serving them. Signed-in areas of the Platform do not.
6. Your Control
Measurement is the part you decide. Use the control on this page to turn it on or off at any
time; the answer is stored in one cookie named nnarksup.consent, on this domain, for twelve
months, and it applies to both nnarksup.com and app.nnarksup.com.
Everything else can be cleared or blocked through your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies will stop you being able to sign in. Clearing the settings cookies simply means the Platform stops remembering your layout choices.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by updating the date above. If we change what we measure, your existing answer stops applying and we ask again rather than assuming the old one still covers it.
